Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, the contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach stakeholders on Agile principles, and proactively remove impediments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for product, development, QA, and operations teams, ensuring alignment with program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices to enhance collaboration and team effectiveness
• Use Agile delivery metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement across teams

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum of four years of experience supporting Agile software development projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and manage competing priorities effectively
