Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading multiple software development teams, the full-time remote Scrum Master will facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and promote self-organization to deliver exceptional business value.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies and foster collaboration across functional areas while managing dependencies
• Manage Azure DevOps boards to enhance team productivity and streamline processes through automation
• Coordinate project planning with stakeholders, adjusting plans based on changes in scope or priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in an Associate-level role
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile project management principles
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management
