Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional teams, the long-term contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and proactively identify and remove impediments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure alignment to program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices
• Use Agile delivery metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement across teams

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience supporting Agile software development projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes
