Scrum Master
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Scrum Master for a contract position who will work remotely, driving team transformation, accountability, and delivery excellence while collaborating with engineering leadership to enhance organizational health and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leadership to improve team effectiveness and delivery predictability
- Drive accountability by establishing clear expectations and addressing performance obstacles
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in Agile Delivery leadership
- Proven success in leading teams through organizational change and process improvement
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development lifecycles
