Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, the remote contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and proactively manage impediments to ensure alignment with program priorities and sprint goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and improve team delivery processes
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and effectiveness
• Identify and remove impediments impacting sprint execution and delivery timelines

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience in Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes
