Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery initiatives by facilitating team meetings, removing impediments, and coaching teams to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors to help teams embrace Agile values and principles
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the Scrum team in eliminating impediments for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to clarify requirements and ensure understanding of goals and product backlog items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery and project management
• Working knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and development methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or PMI-ACP certification is required
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling practices
