Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Scrum Master with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead multiple agile teams in a remote, contract position, focusing on SAFe/Scrum methodologies and AI exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate agile processes for multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
• Lead team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of SAFe and Scrum methodologies
• Experience or exposure to AI technologies
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams independently
• Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is preferred
