Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, the remote contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and proactively remove impediments to ensure alignment with program priorities and sprint goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for product, development, QA, and operations teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and improve team effectiveness through coaching
• Utilize Agile delivery metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience in Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and manage competing priorities
