Scrum Master

Job Summary

To lead Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional teams, the remote contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and manage impediments to ensure alignment with program priorities and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for product, development, QA, and operations teams, ensuring alignment to program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement in team effectiveness and delivery practices
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies affecting sprint execution and release timelines

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience supporting Agile software development projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes
