Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, the remote contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with program priorities and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and improve team collaboration and effectiveness
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Identify and remove impediments that impact sprint execution and delivery timelines

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience in Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes
