Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, the long-term contract Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach stakeholders on Agile practices, and proactively remove impediments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for product, development, QA, and operations teams, ensuring alignment with program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement of Agile practices across teams
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and manage scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience in Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes effectively
