Job Summary

Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices, the full-time Scrum Master II will empower self-organization, facilitate collaboration, and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress while promoting transparency and communication
• Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog to enhance team effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of software development experience in full life cycle environments
• Three years of experience with Agile methodologies for business process improvements
• Five years of business management or stakeholder relationship management experience
• Professional Scrum Master certification is preferred
