Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support multiple Agile engineering teams focused on Customer, Data, and Account Experience platforms, the contract-to-hire Scrum Master will work remotely, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile practices, and ensuring successful software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile engineering teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Retrospectives while supporting release management activities
• Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics using Jira to improve team performance and predictability

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and reporting
• Experience supporting backend engineering teams developing microservices or cloud-based applications
