Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Scrum Master will manage Agile processes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and optimize workflows in Jira and Confluence while ensuring timely delivery and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure backlog readiness for upcoming sprints
• Track feature progress, identify risks, and communicate changes in timelines to stakeholders
• Own and improve Jira and Confluence workflows, implementing automation and leveraging AI tools

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in a product-driven organization
• Strong experience running Agile/Scrum processes with engineering and product teams
• Deep hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, including workflow optimization and automation
• Proven ability to track and improve delivery metrics such as velocity and cycle time
• Experience with release planning and coordinating complex, multi-team deliverables
