Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the contract Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple software development teams, coach teams on Scrum principles, and drive delivery excellence while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives for 2-3 development teams
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and proactively identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity
• Partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and track team progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role
• Proven experience supporting Agile software development teams within a large enterprise environment
• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, MO as needed
