Job Summary

As a full-time Scrum Master working remotely, the candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum practices, and ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure successful agile practices
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum methodologies and agile principles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove obstacles and enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among team members
