Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Scrum Master will support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, eliminating impediments, and ensuring alignment with SAFe principles to enhance team efficiency and delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors and support the adoption of SAFe principles within the team
• Facilitate team progress toward goals, ensuring clarity of product backlog items and collaboration with stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement efforts and enhance communication with other delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Functional and technical expertise in at least one analytics or business intelligence application
• Significant project management experience with a strong foundation in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization
• Working knowledge of Cloud Applications such as Azure or Data Bricks
• Experience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings
• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and development methodologies
