Scrum Master

Job Summary

Passionate about agile methodologies, the full-time fully remote Scrum Master will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while coaching cross-functional teams and promoting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery

Required qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about servant leadership
