Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional delivery teams in federal government contracting initiatives, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Agile execution and improve team effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values and Scrum practices for continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners to enhance backlog readiness and prioritize work effectively

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting software or platform teams
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
• Experience in IT modernization, application delivery, or technology implementation initiatives
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar workflow management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
