Working remotely from Latin American countries, the full-time Scrum Master will oversee internal project teams, provide project reports to management, and manage stakeholder relationships while adapting to an evolving work structure.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the scrum master for all internal project teams, facilitating agile processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates on project performance
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring resource availability and allocation
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a consulting or professional services firm
- Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and project management tools like Asana
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Experience with product and/or software development processes
