Job Summary
Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Scrum Master will manage project requirements, drive agile development processes, and provide mentorship while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and monitor project progress
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, conducting regular performance assessments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in a managerial role overseeing teams and/or projects
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
- Strong programming and debugging skills
