Job Summary
Empowering agile teams, the full-time fully remote Scrum Master will facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Scrum principles and removing impediments to ensure successful sprint delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority
