Scrum Master

Job Summary

Facilitating and coordinating Agile processes within cross-functional teams, the full-time Scrum Master will support the engineering department by managing project workflows, facilitating meetings, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize project work in dashboards and project management tools, ensuring status updates are maintained
• Facilitate meetings, including standups and retrospectives, for teams ranging from small to large sizes
• Help coordinate small to medium-sized projects and report project statuses in both verbal and written formats

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated capability to meet project management goals and tasks
• History of successfully completing projects and tasks
• Interest in pursuing Scrum certification, with support provided by the company
• No prior development skills required, but an understanding of Agile principles is beneficial
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific needs of the role
