Scrum Master
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Scrum Master, this role will manage the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions while facilitating Agile ceremonies and aligning priorities across cross-functional teams within the Analytics & Reporting organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team meetings, ensuring effective communication of project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support the delivery of analytics initiatives by aligning priorities across teams and translating organizational objectives into actionable plans
- Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks and capacity constraints while promoting continuous improvement of delivery processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or data analytics
- 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery and project management roles
- 2+ years of experience supporting analytics or technical delivery teams
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing project risks and dependencies
- Proficiency with Jira or similar work-management platforms for project tracking and visibility
