Job Summary
To support agile software projects, the full-time remote Scrum Master will lead teams in delivering customer outcomes, facilitate agile events, and manage portfolio-level flow and capacity visibility while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead agile software projects from product conception to release
- Facilitate agile team events and assist in removing team impediments
- Track and analyze agile metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience
- CSM or PMI-ACP certification preferred
- Advanced experience leading large web-based software projects
- Experience in a portfolio or program management context
- Advanced understanding of agile principles and frameworks
