Job Summary
To support a strategic initiative in Agentic AI, the contract Scrum Master will lead Scrum ceremonies, drive delivery and continuous improvement, and manage risks and dependencies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices while coaching the team
- Drive accountability and predictability in project delivery
- Manage risks, impediments, and dependencies, ensuring go-live readiness
Required qualifications:
- Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead experience
- Technical experience with AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience with SAFe / RTE methodologies
- Strong background in release management and Agile metrics
