Job Summary
To support a dynamic IT environment, the full-time onsite Scrum Master will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement while managing risks and dependencies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Coach teams and leadership on Agile/Scrum practices
- Remove impediments and manage risks/dependencies
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of overall IS/IT experience
- 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working with teams using COBOL/Mainframe development
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Management
