Scrum Master
Job Summary
To facilitate Agile Scrum processes, the remote contract Scrum Master will manage Scrum ceremonies, promote team collaboration, and ensure high-quality product delivery while leveraging agile methodologies and tools.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress while promoting continuous improvement
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
- Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Proven ability to coach teams and facilitate effective interactions
