Job Summary
To support agile project management initiatives, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration
