Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support Agile delivery teams in a remote environment, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate core Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate all core Agile ceremonies for two-week sprint cycles
- Partner with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the backlog based on business value and urgency
- Engage directly with customers and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or related initiatives
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as business analysis or consulting
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders
