Job Summary
To enhance operational performance, the full-time salaried Scrum Master will own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with Flight Operations strategic priorities
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria while managing the product backlog
- Lead user acceptance testing and stakeholder communications to ensure successful product implementation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing business and technical demands
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
