Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Scrum Master.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through application development, system integration, software implementation, and operations support initiatives
• Build and develop teams that predictably and sustainably deliver value
• Ensure development teams are practicing core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory effectively
• A-CSM certification through Scrum Alliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in Agile best practices, focusing on driving the Scrum rules to remove impediments and fostering self-management while keeping teams focused and engaged primarily to deliver success in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
