Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support critical financial applications within the Veterans Affairs, leading scrum teams and providing management, direction, administration, and leadership for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day management guidance and direction to scrum teams
• Manage resources and project based on established timelines
• Plan and conduct VIP Build' planning or Program Increment (PI) Planning, manage PI-Planning session in accordance with SAFe and in alignment with VA VIP process

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs
• 5 years of experience leading a program using either LeSS or SAFe
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and software development methodologies
• Experience managing scrum teams within VA, specifically working knowledge of VA's VIP management process and Rational Tool Suite
• Deep understanding of scaled agile development methodologies (SAFe)
