Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Asset Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in achieving daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives
• Implement, enforce, and continually improve Agile/Scrum principles/practices
• Assess team's Agile maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity

Required Qualifications:

• Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated CM team
• Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
• An active DoD secret clearance
• 6-10 Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience)
