Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business user needs and document them as epics and decompose epics into user stories and tasks
• Translate customer requirements into the best fit within the application and support configuration and development of Appian BPM products
• Create business process models and identify business process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years of business analysis and requirements-gathering skills in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 3+ years of functional experience in the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Appian or a similar product
• Functional experience with products in the landscape of BPM, Case management, process automation, and workflow management
• Experience creating user stories, use case diagrams, mockups, and process flow charts for gathering requirements
