Scrum Master and Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Scrum Master / Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, manage project execution, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Support the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, business analysis, Scrum Master, or program management experience supporting technology initiatives
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated success managing project backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and requirements management best practices
• Experience managing federal government contracts and understanding service-based delivery models
