Scrum Master and Risk Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional travel, the full-time Scrum Master / Risk Analyst will manage Agile ceremonies, track team metrics, and identify risks to cost, schedule, and performance while maintaining the risk register and reporting to program leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while coaching the team on Scrum and SAFe practices
- Review and update risk data, maintaining the risk register and reporting risk status to leadership
- Collaborate with the delivery team and program team to clear roadblocks and ensure project commitments are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master for a delivery team
- Working knowledge of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices
- Experience writing and briefing status reports for leadership
