Scrum Master Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting an enterprise Department of Veterans Affairs initiative, the full-time remote Scrum Master Business Analyst will manage Agile ceremonies, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and analyze workflows to reduce the use of Social Security Numbers within critical applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master and Agile facilitator for the multidisciplinary project team
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and develop clear business and technical requirements supporting SSN removal
- Track sprint progress and support project leadership with status reporting and delivery metrics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or combined Scrum Master/Business Analyst in healthcare IT or complex enterprise environments
- Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and conducting gap analyses
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and collaborating with technical, business, and QA stakeholders
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or comparable Agile certification is preferred
