Scrum Master Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Agile delivery teams, the fully remote Scrum Master/Business Analyst will facilitate Scrum and SAFe practices, manage backlog health, and translate business needs into actionable requirements while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Agile principles while managing impediments and risks
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
- Five (5)+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery ceremonies for cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and delivery reporting
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices; experience with SAFe and/or Kanban is strongly desired
