Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and instill Agile principles to ensure smooth team operations
• Manage team capacity, velocity, and backlog while coaching team members on Agile methodologies
• Act as a buffer for the team, removing obstacles and ensuring timely delivery of software

Required Qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT-focused discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in software development, with 3-5 years as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) required
• Experience in a complex, matrix environment using Agile Scrum methodologies
