Scrum Master Certification Required

Job Summary

Seeking a Scrum Master/Team Coach, the full-time remote position will coach cross-functional teams in Scrum and SAFe practices, facilitate productive events, and drive the removal of impediments while ensuring alignment with the Product Owner's goals, requiring a Scrum Master Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach team members in self-management, cross-functionality, and sustainable delivery
• Facilitate Scrum events to ensure they are purposeful, productive, and focused on improvement
• Identify and escalate impediments, dependencies, and organizational barriers to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with previous experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government
• 7+ years of professional experience in Agile delivery and team coaching
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
• Experience coaching cross-functional software teams in Scrum and supporting scaled Agile coordination
