Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Senior Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Helps the team create high value products by removing impediments and protecting the team from distractions
• Coaches the team in scrum values and practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement
• Facilitates Scrum events and ensures adherence to agreed-upon rules, including the definitions of ready and done

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Proven ability to coach teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Experience in backlog management and maximizing product value
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
