Key Responsibilities

Lead agile software projects from product conception to release
Facilitate agile team ceremonies and support planning of deliverables
Resolve issues and conflicts that hinder the team's work and ensure quality standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Scrum Master experience
CSM and PMI-ACP certifications highly preferred
Strong understanding of agile principles and experience with Kanban
Knowledge of basic software engineering and cloud concepts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
