Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master, ERP (Projects & Enhancements).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery practices and facilitate Agile ceremonies for ERP delivery teams
- Support the execution of enhancements and projects, ensuring backlog is prioritized and tracked
- Identify and remove impediments while managing risks and facilitating stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
- Experience with ERP implementations or enhancements
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
