Scrum Master for AI Initiatives

Job Summary

To drive the delivery of enterprise-level artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, the full-time remote Scrum Master for AI Initiatives will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach teams on Agile best practices tailored to AI/ML workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement for AI/ML product squads
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs balancing various development tasks
• Identify and remove impediments specific to AI delivery while managing risks across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for those supporting AI/ML teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I/II) or equivalent SAFe certification
• Experience adapting Agile frameworks to AI/ML development cycles
• Strong communication skills to translate technical AI concepts for business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
