Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Scrum Master to support ERP projects and enhancements in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for ERP delivery teams supporting projects and enhancements
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
Track sprint progress, manage dependencies, and ensure user stories are well defined and prioritized

Required Qualifications

Strong Scrum Master experience with CSM or SAFe certification preferred
ERP experience required, preferably with Infor
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Experience working with global and/or offshore teams
Functional exposure in areas like Workforce Management, Finance, or Supply Chain
