Scrum Master I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates project coordination using agile methodologies to manage and deliver solutions
• Conducts daily team meetings and shares project updates with stakeholders to ensure progress
• Plans and organizes demos and testing while tracking project processes and preparing status reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in an IT organization, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Project Management in an IT organization
• Scrum Certification Required
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio is preferred
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SAFE, KANBAN, or SCRUM is preferred
