Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages development sprints from planning to execution in an agile environment
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and ensures adherence to Scrum practices
• Coaches teams on Lean and Agile principles while removing impediments

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification
• 7+ years of information technology experience
• 4+ years of Agile Delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• 2+ years of experience using tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Preferred certifications include Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP, or PMI-ACP
