Job Summary
To enhance agile practices, the full-time Scrum Master II will manage multiple Scrum teams, coach Product Owners on backlog refinement, and drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics, with opportunities for remote work available.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide teams in mature Scrum practices and scaled environments, ensuring effective use of Scrum artifacts
- Support multiple Scrum teams, balancing priorities and managing complexity in delivery
- Coach Product Owners and Scrum teams on effective backlog management and prioritization techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; 5 or more years preferred
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies, with knowledge of Agile scaling models
- Proficiency in backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally) and agile metrics/reporting dashboards
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is a plus
