Scrum Master II - NC, TX

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to guide and facilitate the adoption of the Scrum framework within product and software development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects using agile methodology to manage and deliver solutions while facilitating communication between teams
• Facilitate daily team meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Plan and organize demos, product/system testing, and track project processes and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience
• Scrum Master Certification required
• Experience leading virtual PI Planning sessions with distributed teams
• Proficient in creating and managing dashboards and metrics in Jira
• Experience coordinating across teams to identify risks and remove blockers
